Abstract Topics

**This topic has a separate submission system for authors submitting ongoing trial abstracts for proposed posters that will describe the design and/or progress of ongoing trials – trials that will not have closed in time to present results at ESOC 2018Ongoing trials will be accepted for poster presentation only.

Abstracts that describe ongoing trials that will complete in time to present results at ESOC and that are thus intended as placeholder abstracts for late-breaking results should be submitted to the main abstract submission site under the most relevant trial topic. There, you will find an option to indicate that it is a placeholder abstract

* Young investigators (<35 years) are invited to submit an abstract describing a planned research study or an ongoing project still under development, in either clinical or basic science, for an ESO-Young Stroke Physicians and Researchers workshop. After each successful applicant's oral presentation, a senior, internationally-renowned investigator will provide a constructive assessment of the study's design and advise on its future development, before opening the proposal up for discussion. In addition to providing expert guidance to develop your study, the workshop will also provide the opportunity to establish collaborations and promote your work to the wider community.
